Meeting Russia Working Breakfast in Minsk
On October 7-8, 2019, a high-profile expert Minsk Dialogue Forum will be held in the capital of Belarus. On the margins of the Forum "Creative Diplomacy" will hold a working breakfast.

Meeting Russia Working Breakfast is organized by PICREADI in cooperation with the Minsk Dialogue to promote the discussion about Russian-Western Relations with the participation of the experts of the Meeting Russia Alumni Club.

Austrian and Russian experts will conduct a joint seminar on "The Crisis of Political Dialogue Between Russia and Europe: What is the Way Out?". The delegation will be represented by Ms. Natalia Burlinova, President of Creative Diplomacy, Ms.Ulrike Reisner, Austrian political analyst and Meeting Russia Participant 2019, and Mr. Ivan Kiseev, Executive Director of "Creative Diplomacy" and business expert.

Minsk Dialogue Forum will be held on October 7-8, 2019, in Minsk, Belarus. Entitled European Security: Stepping Back from the Brink, the event will offer a prominent forum to discuss present and future challenges to regional and international security and explore practical ways of minimizing tensions in Eastern Europe. The event will gather high-profile representatives and leading experts from the EU, Russia, USA, China, and east European and south Caucasian nations.

The Forum is organized by the Minsk Dialogue Council on International Relations in cooperation with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (main partner), the GCRF Compass project (implemented by the University of Kent and the University of Cambridge), the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, RAND Corporation, the European Leadership Network, the Russian Academy of Sciences, USAID, and "Creative Diplomacy".
