Day 1. On 3 December 2024 Olga Popova, Vice-Chairperson of National Youth Council of Russia, opened Hablemos con Rusia with her welcoming address. Natalia Burlinova, President of Creative Diplomacy, and Dmitry Bunkin, Deputy Director of the Institute of Youth Policy and International Relations, also greeted the participants.
Then the young leaders from Latin America heard a review of the current relations between Russia and Latin American countries presented by Dmitry Rozental, Director of the Institute of Latin America of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Maksim Suchkov, Director of the Institute for International Studies at MGIMO University, then spoke to the participants of the new architecture of international security and the places of Russia and Latin American countries in it.
Later the guests were taken to the Victory Museum.

Day 2. On 4 December the participants of Hablemos con Rusia were taken to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where they met Sergei Nalobin, Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Press. Mr. Nalobin arranged a discussion of the Concept of the Russian foreign policy and the Russian digital diplomacy.
After that the guests were taken to the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) where they had a chance to discuss the Politics of Sanctions with Andrey Kortunov, the RIAC General Director.

Day 3. On 5 December the delegation of Hablemos con Rusia was received at the International Affairs Committee of the Council of Federation by Sergei Kislyak, Chairman of the Committee. The focus of the discussion was on the construction of a polycentric world order, the roles of Russia and Latin American countries in it, and the cooperation within BRICS. Mr. Kislyak asserted the appreciation the Russian government feels for the Latin American countries that did not join the west-imposed restrictions against Russia.
The participants also visited MIREA, the Russian Technological University, which is an active actor in the development of international youth policy. The participants got acquainted with the work of the cyber center and played team games in virtual reality.

On the final day of the program, the Forum participants visited IMEMO RAS. Welcoming remarks to the Forum participants were addressed by A.A.Vernigora, Head of the IMEMO Council of Young Scientists, V.Y.Zhuravleva, Deputy Director of IMEMO for Scientific Work, Professor I.L.Prokhorenko, Head of the Department of International Political Problems of IMEMO RAS. A plenary session was held on the topic of "The Impact of US-China Competition on Latin America: A View from Russia".
