the Foundation «Ulyanovsk - the Capital of Culture».

Meeting Russia is a unique public diplomacy program for aspiring leaders. It brings together bright individuals of diverse backgrounds: some are coming from academia, analytical centers, media, and the private sector, whereas others represent governmental institutions of their respective countries.
The first Meeting Russia Reunion will take place in Ulyanovsk on the Volga River from 27 to 30 July 2021! The Reunion will unite the Alumni from 4 seasons of the program and will be jointly organized in cooperation with the Foundation «Ulyanovsk - the Capital of Culture». The Reunion is intended to become a large networking event for young specialists in Russian studies, who are interested to know more about the Russian regions.
