The Forum was attended by more than 800 guests, including prominent figures like Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Ryabkov, ambassadors and diplomats of several Ibero-American countries, RIAC Director General Ivan Timofeev, Professor Lazar Jeifets of the SPbU, professors from Latin American universities.

Experts from the SPbU, Institute of Latin America of the Russian Academy of Sciences, MGIMO, Moscow State University, Moscow State Linguistic University, and other Russian and foreign think tanks took part in a series of discussions of international relations, cultural ties, BRICS prospects, academic cooperation, etc.
The International Forum was attended by Daria Bozhko, Executive Director of Creative Diplomacy, and Valeria Tsareva, editor of the Hablemos con Rusia Journal. Valeria Tsareva made her report "The Russia-Brazil Relations in the New Geopolitical Reality" in one of the youth sessions.
