A new book on the Theory and Practice of Public Diplomacy in Russia by Natalia Burlinova, President of Creative Diplomacy
We represent a new public diplomacy textbook – Theory and Practice of Public Diplomacy in Russia by Natalia Burlinova, President of Creative Diplomacy.
The new textbook was published in 2024 within the project “Public Diplomacy Solutions in New Geopolitical Environment” supported by RIAC.
The textbook comprises teaching and learning aids with 12 lectures and case studies. The author expresses her views on the current Russian system of public diplomacy, and particularly stresses the role of youth cooperation.

The book cover was inspired by the cover of the Meeting Russia Journal, Issue #4, where the Creative Diplomacy team gathered articles about the soft power of different nations.
